Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a diligent and motivated Instructional Designer. As an instructional designer, you will be responsible for creating, developing and releasing training material related to manufacturing, and field support businesses processes.

What Makes you Eligible?

You are where our search ends if you hold:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech CSE/ IT.
• Excellent PowerPoint Skills.
• Solid understanding of the eLearning development lifecycle and instructional design principles.
• Strong knowledge of design concepts and proficiency with leading authoring tools Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Vyond.
• Excellent collaboration and inter personal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

Good to have skills

• Strong understanding of Instructional Design principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and structure content for optimal learner understanding
• Ability to develop creative, learner-centric solutions that enhance engagement and improve content effectiveness.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

• Collaborate with global teams across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia within the semiconductor industry.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized learning experiences and training content aligned with organizational needs.
• Build comprehensive learning programs.
• Develop engaging eLearning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Create application demos and simulations using Storyline or Camtasia.
• Develop templates and structures based on learning objectives and course requirements.
• Produce visually compelling course slides, modules, illustrations, animations, and simulations as needed.
• Work closely with Instructional Designers to analyse learning needs, define objectives, and structure effective training solutions.
• Design and develop additional multimedia assets to support high-quality learning outcomes.
• Create innovative, learner-focused training material with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
