It has been 14 years since I started working at Orbit & Skyline Semiconductors. It has been a wonderful journey where I used to work initially with installation & technology transfer teams & currently work with yield, defect, and reliability teams. Being a lifelong learner, I learned a lot where my knowledge was limited to wet etch area before joining Orbit & Skyline. I learned & supported many other areas in different roles at Orbit & Skyline over many years (dry etch, CMP, thin films, Integration, Yield Improvement, Defect Reduction, FBM &reliability). One of the key areas which helped me to grow on daily basis was leading cross functional teams) at various stages to resolve complex technical problems (through task force, 8D, Fab Excursions, Yield Improvement, Defect Reduction, etc.) and drive to solution.
