Japanese companies are "super enthusiastic" about partnering with India to build a robust semiconductor ecosystem, according to Deloitte. Following a key agreement in July, Japan aims to assist India in semiconductor design, manufacturing, and talent development. With Japan's expertise in chip manufacturing technologies, both countries are poised to collaborate on setting up up to 10 semiconductor plants in India over the next decade, boosting global supply chain resilience and innovation.
