Who are we looking for?
Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboard a diligent Document Controller whose job is to perform indoors in a traditional office setting.
Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?
- Prepare Documentation Index.
- Liaise with various departments and entities to collect the SharePoint location.
- Liaise with internal organizations to obtain project-requested documents.
- Review and verify revision update, Next Review Date, and use.
- Review and impose the use of agreed document formats and standards.
- Update the status of documents in the corresponding document Management tool.
- Complete documents by coordinating with various internal departments and effectively handling the revision management within the stipulated time.
- Assist Audits with documents during customer expediting visits and inspections.
- Report document status including document planning and outstanding documents using the Document Management tool.
- Prepare maintain and meet or exceed the Documentation control metrics.
- Responsible / Accountable for managing document control for assigned projects.
What Makes you Eligible?
You are where our search ends if you hold:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electronics.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 year's experience.
- Pro-active, determined, action-oriented approach towards internal as well as external customers.
- Structured work approach.
- Must be able to multitask between the various assigned projects.
Must Have Skills:
- Have worked on Quality Management System.
- Have ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
