Our clientele includes prestigious IC chip manufacturers and OEMs from the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe with our services being rendered to our global customers out of our head office in Mohali, India. We have offices in the United States, the Middle East, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and several other locations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive who can manage end-to-end order fulfillment and supply chain coordination, while acting as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of order processing, shipment tracking, ERP updates, and stakeholder communication, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of parts, materials, and services.
• Manage end-to-end order processing including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any potential delays.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in SAP/ERP systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to support smooth supply chain operations.
• Support pricing, quotation, and negotiation activities as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
