Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is seeking a detail-oriented and technically driven Process Engineer - Lithography & Etch to support semiconductor fabrication operations.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in wafer patterning processes within a cleanroom environment and possess a strong foundation in microfabrication workflows. As a collaborative team member, the candidate will support process execution, monitor key parameters, and contribute to process optimization and yield improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor photolithography and etching process modules to ensure precise wafer patterning.
• Support wafer processing workflows, including coating, exposure, development, and etch operations.
• Monitor process parameters and assist in maintaining stable and repeatable fabrication outcomes.
• Support process control activities, including data tracking, defect analysis, and yield monitoring.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in root cause analysis for process deviations.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, logs, and SOP compliance records.
• Collaborate with equipment, quality, and process integration teams to ensure smooth fab operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process stability and productivity enhancement.
• Support technical training and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor cleanroom environments, specifically in Lithography and Etching processes.
• Strong understanding of wafer patterning, photolithography workflow, and dry/wet etch process execution.
• Exposure to fabrication process control, microfabrication workflows, and yield improvement practices.
• Experience supporting process documentation, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and training capability, with ability to support knowledge-sharing activities.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working in high-precision manufacturing environments.
