Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is seeking a technically capable and detail-oriented Process Engineer - Epitaxy (MOCVD) to support advanced semiconductor fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in epitaxial process execution within a cleanroom environment and demonstrate strong analytical capability in monitoring growth parameters and ensuring process stability. As a collaborative team member, the candidate will support fabrication workflows, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor MOCVD epitaxial growth processes for semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Support wafer preparation, process setup, and monitoring of key growth parameters such as temperature, pressure, and material flow rates.
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and process specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting process deviations and support root cause analysis for growth defects.
• Collaborate with R&D, integration, and quality teams to ensure stable and repeatable epitaxy processes.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, logs, and SOP compliance records.
• Support training programs, technical documentation development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities focused on process optimization and yield enhancement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor cleanroom environments, specifically in Epitaxial Growth processes such as MOCVD.
• Strong understanding of wafer handling protocols, thin-film growth fundamentals, and cleanroom compliance standards.
• Exposure to epitaxy process execution, parameter monitoring, and fabrication workflow support.
• Experience supporting training activities, technical documentation, or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities, with capability to support technical outreach or cross-functional coordination.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in high-precision manufacturing environments.
