We are partnering with our customers across the complete semiconductor value chain spectrum that includes Hardware design and development, Supply chain management, Quality management, Product Management, Reliability, Data Science, ML/AI and many more. We are enabling our customers to develop technologies and systems that alter industries by employing one of the most diverse workforces of cutting-edge engineers and technologists in the semiconductor industry.

Our clientele includes prestigious IC chip manufacturers and OEMs from the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe with our services being rendered to our global customers out of our head office in Mohali, India. We have offices in the United States, the Middle East, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and several other locations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and financial management software.
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
• Current Knowledge of accounting procedures & systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Cash Management & banking system
• Contributes to and prepares the “basic” reports required in the specific functional capacity (e.g, perception audits, market studies, provincial reports, summary reports, etc.) with minimal guidance and review by managers
• Process all Vendor Payment
• Process Petty Cash
• Follow up settlements for Vendor Advances
• Follow up for the settlement of petty cash
• Tracking and paying credit supplier

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
• Based in Riyadh
• Male or female candidates will be considered
• 2+ years’ experience in a financial management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be comfortable for Flexible hours.
• Strong interpersonal and management abilities.
• Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision
• Self-motivated, trustworthy and team player
• Fluency in both Arabic and English language.
• Saudi National Required.
