Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Responsible for the preventive maintenance of Dry Etch, Thin Films and Wet Etch tools, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
- Professional Representation:Represent Orbit & Skyline professionally to customers, with a strong emphasis on commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationships: Foster positive customer relationships through professional conduct and effective communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports to coordinate activities with supervisors and customers, ensuring smooth operations and effective service delivery.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Diploma or B. Tech degree.
- Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance of semiconductor tools, including Wet Etch, Dry Etch, or Deposition tools. Experience with associated equipment such as TEL furnaces, ASM tools, or final assembly and testing tools will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Ability to understand and work with electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams and interpret operation manuals to perform preventive maintenance activities as per procedure.
- Compliance: Adherence to customer rules and policies regarding worksite behavior and safety is mandatory.
- Travel: Candidates must be willing to engage in international travel, with a rotation schedule that includes 1 month at their hometown in India and 3 months at a customer fab site.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Capable of performing effectively in demanding environments with changing workloads.
- Communication: Candidates must possess the ability to clearly follow directions with accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed as per guidelines
