Trainee/Spares Analyst

Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a highly skilled "Spares Analyst" to support company’s products lifecycle and understand the requirement for data analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supporting the company’s products lifecycle (for semiconductor manufacturing industry)
• Understand the part revisions and lifecycle; manage the lifecycles and drive changes in accordance with products phase changes.
• Working with different stakeholders to understand the requirement for data analytics.
• Perform data analytics for the product status change, transfer activities to licensed supplier (for tools exiting the active lifecycle phase or at end of life).
• Support for project planning, execution & contribution towards process improvements.
• Working with CFT and holding the team accountable to deliver on time results.
• Maintain and update inventory logs and assist in preparing inventory reports.
• Understand and drive Obsolescence Management related to all PLC projects.

What Makes you Eligible?

Required Qualification:

• BTech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Mechanical
• Experience in a similar job profile will be preferred.
• Experience – 0-2 year

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong communication – verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Strong data interpretation & data reporting
• Able to manage their time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent command over Microsoft tools- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and an agile environment.

• Well-versed with product life cycle management and change order execution.
