Who are we looking for?
Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboard a highly skilled "NPT Engineer" for overall functioning for New Product Transition flow from phase releases as per the company guide lines/standards & tracking key product
metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall functioning for New Product Transition phases includes Field Readiness, Cost of Consumables, Serviceability review, I&W, Document readiness as per the company guide lines/standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product transition-related activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product transitions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all phase releases are executed smoothly.
- Facilitate regular meetings and to Communicate NPT progress, challenges and solutions key Stake holders
- Able to track / gather and analyze Key NPT performance metrics and present it to stake holders
- Sense the spark(issues) in the product transition flow/data and work with CFT to get a solution.
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product transition and management process.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Easy going/easy to work with
- Self-driven with good project management skills
- Willing to work in US time and Flexible with time for attending meetings with AT located in different time-zone
Good to have:
- Project/Program Management certifications
- Experience in Semiconductor or Medical equipment product knowledge is added advantage
