Who are we looking for?
Orbit & Skyline is looking for an experienced and innovative
Business System Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, hands-on software development experience, and strategic insight to help drive impactful digital transformation initiatives for our semiconductor customers.
Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare business documentations such as BRD, Test plans, and process flow.
- Prepare data for testing and support UAT and go-live activities.
- Examine current and new business procedures.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support ongoing system enhancements and process timely resolution.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop solutions.
What Makes you Eligible?
Mandatory Requirements
- Any Graduation.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) and good command over PowerPoint for preparing clear and impactful presentations.
- BA experience – good exposure to requirement gathering, BRD, Test plan and data.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
