Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is looking for an experienced and innovative Business System Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, hands-on software development experience, and strategic insight to help drive impactful digital transformation initiatives for our semiconductor customers.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare business documentations such as BRD, Test plans, and process flow.
• Prepare data for testing and support UAT and go-live activities.
• Examine current and new business procedures.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support ongoing system enhancements and process timely resolution.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop solutions.

What Makes you Eligible?

Mandatory Requirements

• Any Graduation.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of MS Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) and good command over PowerPoint for preparing clear and impactful presentations.
• BA experience – good exposure to requirement gathering, BRD, Test plan and data.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
