Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is seeking a passionate and technically skilled AI Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their knowledge in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to real-world applications. The selected candidate will work on developing, training, and evaluating AI models, with opportunities to contribute to end-to-end computer vision projects that drive innovation across our platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in Python, ML/DL frameworks, and model evaluation techniques, along with a keen interest in solving complex data-driven problems. This position requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing AI and computer vision models for business applications.
• Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature extraction to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune models using ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, IoU, etc.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to support model integration and deployment.
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement of AI development workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and computer vision research

What Makes you Eligible?

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, etc.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Practical exposure to computer vision tasks such as image classification, object detection, or segmentation
• Familiarity with model evaluation and optimization techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
