Roles And Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Organize Monthly, quarterly, and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintaining records and enrolling employees for Health Insurance
  • Collect and compile data on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition rate, employee engagement, recruitment, training, and other relevant HR activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR systems and reports.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive monthly HR dashboard highlights the most relevant HR metrics.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience: Proven 3–5 years as an HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of general HR policies and procedures; solid knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Technical Skills: Hands on experience in MS Office and Excel; Good analytical and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Teamwork: Strong desire to work collaboratively with a results driven approach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an MBA.
  • Additional Training: HR certifications or additional HR training will be advantageous.
