Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Assist in developing performance appraisal systems and guide managers on performance-related issues.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and recommend changes to improve productivity and engagement.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and advise on HR best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • MBA ( HR ) from reputed university.
  • Proven experience of 2-4 yrs in an HR role, with a focus on business partnership.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
